Hem and straps are complimentary, but any other alterations will be an additional fee.

Proper undergarments, shoes for the event (or similar height heel) and jewelry or accessories (optional).

This will depend on available selection.

Absolutely. If you have selected your fabric already, please bring all the fabric to your consultation. We have also crafted garments for clients from fabric that was inherited or passed down.

We can cancel or modify your order at any point before it ships out. Please email us at shop@chloedao.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make any adjustments.

Because we purchase small runs of limited items for our boutique, the items you selected may no longer be available. Until you have completed the checkout process, any items in your shopping cart remain available for purchase in both the boutique and online.

All bodies are beautiful bodies. To that end, we carry sizes ranging from 00 to 16 and XS to 3X. We provide alterations for the perfect fit. If you need special sizing in Chloe Dao’s designs, please click here.

We understand that wear and tear can occur on some loved items. We also recognize that our figures shift and change or we may choose to pass down a garment. If you purchased the item from our boutique or it is a handmade item by Chloe and it is in need of repair or alterations, we are happy to assist you. Please bring your item in and we will make the necessary amendments or changes.

Your store credit/gift card balance does not expire.

If you are need of a last-minute gift or want to surprise someone but are unsure of their size, a Gift Card is the way to go. We offer both physical and digital gift cards that are valid in-store and online. There is no expiration date. 

We would be happy to honor your request. Please reach out to us at shop@chloedao.com. If you are visiting us in the boutique, just let us know during the checkout process. We’d be delighted to wrap everything up for you. 

If you are ordering online, please let us know in the checkout notes what you would like the card to say and we will tuck a handwritten note in with your wrapped gift. If you are with us in the store, we can provide a blank card and envelope with the wrapped gift.
