Items eligible for EXCHANGE or RETURN:

• All unworn, full priced purchases with tags and receipt (excluding gowns) can be EXCHANGED or RETURNED for store credit within 7 DAYS. All goods must be intact, unworn or unused, in perfect condition and with all attached tags, original and specific packaging, authenticity cards, dust bags, or shoe boxes. When trying on items, please take care. We cannot accept any garments that have deodorant, makeup or perfume stains. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be refunded.

Items that are FINAL SALE:

• All Customized Cuts, Runway Made to Order and Atelier Couture items. 
• All sale items.
• Any item that has been altered.
• Undergarments. 

Previously purchased items do not qualify for a price adjustment or partial refund due to a sale promotion. 

ONLINE PURCHASES:

Merchandise and fulfillment

Stock is limited to our online and physical store. We make every attempt to fulfill your order, and present real stock levels via our website. All web orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Shipments are only processed once payment and delivery details have been approved. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation via email once your items have shipped. Your package should arrive within 3-7 business days, if you select standard shipping.

• Full priced merchandise may be RETURNED to the Chloe Dao Boutique for EXCHANGE or FULL REFUND within 14 days of delivery date with an authorization number. Please email us at shop@chloedao.com with your order number for a return or exchange authorization. Online returns will not be accepted without an authorization.

Due to the time and craftsmanship required to create Customized Cuts, Runway Made to Order and Atelier Couture items, these garments are all FINAL SALE. 

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are processed within five business days of receipt of returned goods. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment. Please allow for an additional 3-7 days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to process. 

The Chloe Dao Boutique does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods, or insurance costs for returned items. The Chloe Dao Boutique does not refund international duties and taxes. The Chloe Dao Boutique is not responsible for any uninsured returned items that are not received.
